Implementation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Implementation Engineer to own technical implementation workstreams from initial scoping through go-live, building and configuring integrations between our AI-powered platform and the tools used by agencies and enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end implementation workstreams, including scoping, planning, configuration, testing and go‑live.
• Build and configure integrations with tools such as Figma, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Adobe and performance dashboards.
• Evaluate integration approaches, data mappings and technical trade‑offs, providing recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and agency stakeholders throughout rollout.
• Identify and communicate technical risks, blockers and dependencies.
• Develop repeatable implementation playbooks, documentation and training materials.
• Mentor junior implementation engineers.
• Leverage AI‑enabled development tools and agent‑driven workflows to accelerate engineering, automation and debugging.
• Review and harden AI‑assisted outputs for security, scalability and reliability.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering or technical delivery, preferably in SaaS or data environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently on complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
• Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous skill improvement.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of APIs and data integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud or Azure.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled development tools and multi‑step AI/agent workflows.
• Experience integrating with tools like Figma, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Adobe.
