Human Resources Operational Services Specialist

About the role

Join the Colgate Business Services team as a Human Resources Operational Services Specialist in Santo Domingo. You will own end‑to‑end regional HR operations for the Dominican Republic, driving operational excellence and employee satisfaction while working in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Employee Central workflow requests, local termination documentation, and secure employee records.
• Coordinate leaves of absence in line with regional regulations.
• Execute onboarding programs, handle employment contracts, and manage logistics for training events.
• Collect, verify, and process employee data for accurate and timely payroll cycles.
• Analyze existing HR workflows and implement automation or technological enhancements.
• Administer vendor agreements, create purchase orders, and process invoices using the Ariba platform.
• Compile documentation for audit and compliance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional HR experience focused on personnel administration, onboarding, or compliance operations.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Employee Central (SAP SuccessFactors) or similar HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency in using Ariba for vendor and procurement management.
