Hotel Representative – TUI (Dominican Republic)

About the role

Join TUI’s hospitality team in the Dominican Republic as a Hotel Representative. You will create memorable moments for guests, guide them through TUI’s travel experiences and help drive sales of hotel and tour packages.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
• Promote and sell TUI experiences, aiming to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high service standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers and partners across TUI’s global network.
• Track sales performance, collect guest feedback and report on service quality.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in the Dominican Republic.
• Fluent in English and conversational in German.
• Customer‑focused, motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Positive, target‑driven mindset with a willingness to learn TUI’s products.
• Valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Basic digital proficiency (use of iPad and TUI sales tools).

What we offer

• Base salary of 346,100 DOP gross per year.
• Commission potential ranging from $200 USD to $700 USD per month, uncapped.
