About the role
We are looking for a friendly and attentive Hostess to work at the Malecon area, providing direct service to guests and ensuring a pleasant experience. The role involves interacting with customers, following established procedures, and contributing to overall satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously.
- Follow company service procedures and standards.
- Address customer requests and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment at the service area.
Required profile
- Residence in Gazcue or nearby areas of Santo Domingo Este.
- Availability for flexible, rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Completed high school education (bachelor’s diploma).
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
