Graphic Designer – Special Products

About the role

The Graphic Designer for Special Products will create visual designs for a variety of items such as plates, pins, trophies, medals, patches, banners, and certificates. The role supports customer satisfaction by translating client requirements into high‑quality artwork.

Key responsibilities

• Produce daily order reports and maintain a checklist of completed designs.
• Send sample images to customers for approval.
• Assist the production plant with new design implementations.
• Develop and run first‑time designs and specific graphic projects.
• Update process flows and support the supervisor with plant returns.
• Verify client specifications in the AS400 system to ensure design accuracy.
• Apply modifications requested by sellers or clients.

Required profile

• Computer literacy with proficiency in the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Basic operation of the AS400 system.
• Tajima programming knowledge.
• Intermediate English (advanced English preferred).
