Gondolero – Organización y reposición de productos

About the role

The company Importadora Quevedo is looking for a Gondolero to manage daily product placement on shelves and racks in its Santo Domingo store. The role involves ensuring items are well‑positioned, correctly labelled and visible to customers, supporting a smooth shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and replenish products on gondolas and shelves, maintaining proper labeling and visibility.
• Monitor expiration dates and rotate stock to minimise waste.
• Keep the sales area clean and orderly.
• Assist with loading and unloading merchandise from the warehouse to the sales floor, checking for damages.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving boxes and standing for extended periods.

Required profile

• Ability to organise products and perform shelf replenishment.
• Basic inventory handling skills.
• Physical capability to lift boxes and stand for several hours.
• Good communication, customer‑service orientation and teamwork.
• Responsibility, punctuality and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in supermarkets, self‑service stores or warehouses is valued.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and hygiene.
