About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing the brand’s online presence. Working closely with the graphic designer, you will create, schedule and optimise content across social media, newsletters and the company website to drive engagement and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages and mentions on social platforms, maintaining the brand voice.
• Develop and maintain a monthly editorial calendar for social networks, the corporate blog and email newsletters.
• Write strategic copy for posts, articles and promotional materials.
• Produce and edit visual assets such as images, short videos (Reels/TikToks), carousel posts and basic infographics.
• Update and optimise website sections using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Shopify), applying basic SEO best practices.
• Track key performance indicators (engagement, reach, web traffic, conversions) and prepare monthly performance reports with improvement proposals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Journalism or related fields.
• 1‑2 years of experience managing social media, digital copywriting and website maintenance.
• Strong written communication, creativity and analytical thinking.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design and video editing tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro.
• Intermediate knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress or Shopify.
• Basic SEO knowledge (keyword research, meta descriptions, content structure).
