About the role

The Delivery Manager will oversee the hand‑over process of residential units, ensuring a high‑quality client experience during inspections, finish reviews, and final closure. The role requires close coordination with technical and commercial teams to guarantee organized and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct finish inspections on units prior to delivery.
• Prepare, monitor, and close punch lists.
• Coordinate and accompany owners throughout the delivery process, providing premium service.
• Interpret basic construction drawings to verify details.
• Record and track client and delivery information using the CRM system.
• Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English with owners and internal teams.
• Follow up on pending delivery items until successful completion.

Required profile

• Technical background – final‑year student or graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction or related fields.
• At least one year of experience in construction inspection, real‑estate delivery, or customer service within the building sector.
• Strong knowledge of finish inspection and punch‑list creation.
• Ability to read and interpret basic plans.
• Full bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Professional personal presentation and customer‑service orientation.
• Experience using a CRM to manage high‑value client interactions.
• Residence in Bávaro or Higüey.
