About the role

The Environmental Manager is responsible for ensuring that all operational activities comply with environmental commitments. This includes monitoring controls, processes and regulations related to waste handling, wastewater treatment and emergency prevention, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee correct management and compliance of environmental commitments across operations.
• Monitor and follow up on controls, processes and regulations for waste, wastewater and emergency prevention.
• Propose and track improvements in procedures and areas dedicated to waste separation and handling.
• Support different departments to strengthen good environmental practices.
• Conduct site visits and travel as required by operational needs.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Environmental Manager, Sustainability Analyst or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience in wastewater management and waste management.
• Knowledge of environmental legislation and regulations.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Own vehicle and availability for travel.
