Gerente General – Punta Cana

About the role

We are seeking a General Manager to lead a fast‑growing company in Punta Cana. The role combines commercial, financial and operational oversight, with a strong focus on results, cash flow and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Direct global business execution, including sales, profitability, cash flow and operational efficiency.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, margin, EBITDA, working capital, accounts receivable/payable and inventory.
• Oversee sales, purchasing, supply chain, international logistics and supplier/customer negotiations.
• Lead senior managers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve strategic objectives.
• Implement and monitor ERP, CRM, KPI dashboards and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related degree; MBA or postgraduate in commercial negotiations highly valued.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in executive or director‑level positions.
• Previous roles such as General Manager, Country Manager, COO, Managing Director, Business Unit Director or equivalent.
• Background in high‑revenue, complex operations—ideally in distribution, wholesale, trading, B2B, import/export or international commerce.
