About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the financial management of a telecommunications and infrastructure company. The role is strategic, working closely with country leadership and operational heads to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and cash‑flow management.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax and audit functions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, financial and tax regulations.
• Monitor accounts receivable, payments and business liquidity.
• Supervise purchasing processes and budget adherence.
• Analyze contracts, payment terms, penalties and commercial commitments.
• Prepare financial reports and performance indicators for senior management.
• Develop strategic recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency across business lines.
• Manage and develop the finance team.
• Participate in project operations to support data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Post‑graduate education in Finance or Management is desirable.
• Proven leadership experience in finance.
• Experience in telecommunications, network infrastructure, site construction, or fiber‑optic projects is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency (required); French is a plus.
