About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager with solid experience in manufacturing to lead our financial, accounting and control functions. The role combines strategic vision with hands‑on leadership to drive profitability and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s financial and accounting strategy.
• Strengthen industrial cost, inventory and profitability processes.
• Oversee accounts receivable, treasury and cash‑flow management.
• Ensure ERP data integrity and accurate financial reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis activities.
• Design and implement internal policies, controls and risk‑management frameworks.
• Prepare and present key performance indicators and executive reports to senior management.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of control, analysis and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Administration or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, MBA or Industrial Costs (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading finance and accounting functions.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably textiles or plastics.
• Strong knowledge of industrial costing, budgeting, audit, internal controls, inventories, taxes and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel and data‑analysis capabilities.
• High integrity, analytical and strategic mindset, data‑driven decision making, and strong leadership skills.
