About the role

Equimax is seeking a senior Sales Manager to lead the commercial strategy for its power generation systems. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building long‑term relationships with key customers in the energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the commercial strategy for positioning and selling power generation equipment.
• Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and market‑share objectives.
• Develop and manage major accounts, ensuring long‑term partnership and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and make data‑driven decisions.
• Coordinate with engineering and product teams to align offerings with market needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading commercial areas, business planning, and managing major accounts.
• Proven experience in selling electrical generation equipment.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Result‑oriented, proactive, organized and able to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with office productivity tools.
• Experience using CRM systems for sales management.
