About the role

Atlántica Seguros is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the service and customer‑experience functions at its La Vega office. The role focuses on ensuring high‑quality service, meeting operational standards, and developing a motivated team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the branch’s service team.
• Guarantee agile, efficient, and high‑quality customer service.
• Monitor service indicators and implement improvement actions.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and difficult situations.
• Identify opportunities to improve service processes.
• Support the achievement of the branch’s commercial objectives.
• Develop, motivate, and foster a service‑oriented culture within the team.
• Coordinate and follow up on branch operations and needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain effective communication with all organizational areas.

Required profile

• Preferably experience in the insurance sector.
• Proven experience in customer service and service management.
• Leadership experience with team management.
• Effective communication and listening abilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving orientation.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
