About the role
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for the North Zone of the Dominican Republic. The role is pivotal in linking talent, culture and business strategy to deliver results.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Human Resources function across the North Zone, overseeing all HR processes.
- Manage labor relations and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and implement talent development programs.
- Partner with leaders and teams to support growth and transformation initiatives.
- Drive strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading HR areas.
- Strong ability to handle labor relations.
- Experience in talent development and coaching.
- Strategic vision with execution capability.
- Close‑working leadership style and results orientation.
