About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager who can shape the strategic vision of talent attraction and selection. The role focuses on implementing innovative Recruitment 5.0 methodologies, leveraging technology and data to improve how we source and hire talent.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead cutting‑edge attraction and selection strategies across multiple business units.
• Integrate technology, data analytics, and new recruitment methodologies into daily processes.
• Manage and develop a high‑performing recruitment team.
• Tailor innovative sourcing approaches for diverse professional profiles.
• Ensure alignment of recruitment initiatives with overall corporate strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a recruitment manager or similar senior role.
• Proven experience leading recruitment teams.
• Demonstrated ability to create innovative attraction strategies for varied positions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Preferred: Master’s or postgraduate degree in Human Management or related area.
