About the role

Majestic Resorts is seeking a Reception Manager to lead the front‑office team, ensure smooth guest check‑in and check‑out processes, and maximize hotel occupancy and revenue. The role combines operational supervision, staff management, and close coordination with other hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily reception operations and support receptionists as needed.
• Manage reception staff schedules, vacations, and shift planning.
• Optimize use of material and human resources while adhering to budget limits.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to block rooms for service work.
• Work with Reservations and Sales to allocate rooms for VIP guests.
• Prepare daily closing reports and oversee all administrative tasks of the department.

Required profile

• University degree in Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels.
• Bilingual proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Serious, responsible attitude with strong leadership capabilities.
• Service‑oriented mindset, teamwork, effective communication and a positive, adaptable approach.
