About the role

Santo Domingo Motors is seeking an experienced Infrastructure and Civil Works Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of construction projects. The role involves planning, executing, and supervising projects while ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise infrastructure and civil works projects from conception to delivery.
• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, resources and milestones.
• Continuously track progress, identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and control project budgets, cost estimates and actual expenditures.
• Identify, evaluate and mitigate risks affecting scope, time, cost or quality.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverable quality and compliance with technical requirements, regulations and standards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation, change logs and decision records.
• Prepare and present executive reports on progress, budget, risks and results.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Additional studies in Project Management or Administration; preferably a postgraduate qualification such as PMI‑PMP.
• More than 4 years of experience in planning, executing and supervising construction, infrastructure and civil works projects.
• Advanced experience in project control, budgeting, scheduling, and managing contractors and suppliers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Power BI, AutoCAD and advanced Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Project Charter, Business Case, RACI, WBS, risk management).
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams.
