About the role

The Marketing Manager will design, plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s services and enhance the customer experience. This full‑time, onsite position is based in the Distrito Nacional of the Dominican Republic.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement market strategies, including pricing, promotion, distribution and product mix.
• Conduct market research, analyze competition and propose actionable plans.
• Lead product development based on customer needs and manage product life‑cycle decisions.
• Oversee the opening of new distributors and stores, including civil construction supervision.
• Monitor key performance metrics, prepare monthly and quarterly reports, and ensure strategy compliance.
• Authorize departmental vacations, manage pricing changes in the system, and approve monthly product offers.
• Coordinate quality audits, new project acquisition, and profitability analysis for client negotiations.
• Evaluate staff performance and carry out related administrative duties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
• Minimum five years of experience in similar marketing leadership roles.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC and Windows‑based applications.
• Knowledge of industrial technology.
• Experience with social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and data‑analysis software.
• Budget management and ROI measurement capabilities.
