About the role

The company is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the overall HR strategy, strengthen organizational culture, develop talent, and improve HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, and development initiatives.
• Manage performance evaluation, employee climate, compensation, and benefits.
• Develop programs to boost culture, engagement, and talent retention.
• Advise senior leadership on labor, organizational, and people‑management matters.
• Oversee labor relations and ensure compliance with current legislation.
• Analyze HR metrics and present improvement plans aligned with business goals.
• Lead and develop the HR team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Human Management or related fields.
• Master’s degree or specialization in Human Management or Organizational Development preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in large, multi‑branch organizations with high staff volume.
• Strong knowledge of Dominican labor law and labor‑relations management.
• Proven experience leading cultural transformation, organizational development, and change management.
• Ability to handle HR indicators, budgets, and HR technology tools.
• High leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and results‑orientation.
