Gerente de Finanzas (Planning & Control)

About the role

The Finance Manager (Planning & Control) will lead financial planning, control and economic‑financial analysis for the various business units of a growing real‑estate and tourism operation. You will provide reliable, timely information to support strategic decisions, operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the annual budgeting process, consolidating forecasts from all business areas.
• Prepare financial forecasts, scenario analyses and closing estimates, assessing impact on revenue, costs, margins and cash flow.
• Analyze financial and operational results, identify budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closures with analytical reviews and data validation.
• Produce financial reports, dashboards and executive presentations for senior management.
• Evaluate profitability by line of business, project, operational unit and sales channel.
• Develop financial models and sensitivity analyses for investment, sales, cost and profitability scenarios.
• Track sales performance, collections, delinquency and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Analyze operating costs and ensure alignment with financial and management indicators.
• Participate in financial control of construction projects and investments, monitoring budgets and deviations.
• Manage financial tracking of real‑estate inventories, assets and development projects.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, drive automation initiatives and promote continuous improvement within the finance area.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Strong experience in financial control, planning, budgeting, forecasting, management analysis and accounting close.
• Proven ability to build financial models, conduct profitability analysis, control costs and manage performance indicators.
• Capability to interpret financial statements and translate them into strategic insights.
