About the role

The organization, a leading company in the health sector, is seeking a Finance Manager to drive financial strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Manage cash flow, treasury operations and investment activities.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end closings and prepare accurate financial statements.
• Analyze performance and profitability indicators to support decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with tax, financial and corporate‑governance regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• At least 7 years of experience in finance roles, including 3 years in a leadership position.
• Proven experience in budgeting, treasury, financial planning and management control.
• Knowledge of IFRS (NIIF), advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
• Power BI knowledge considered a plus.
