Gerente de Diseño UX

About the role

The UX Design Manager will ensure that Banco Popular’s digital products and services meet customer needs and internal business goals. You will lead the creation of intuitive, accessible, and intelligent digital experiences across all banking channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and oversee UX strategy for web, mobile, and telebanking platforms.
• Guarantee logical navigation, optimal layout, and usability of all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product, development, and content teams to implement user‑centered designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all digital banking experiences.

Required profile

• Degree in Graphic Design, Business Administration or Marketing; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX development and implementation.
• Fluent English and strong knowledge of electronic banking channels (Internet Banking, Mobile, Telebanking).
• Experience with site design and content management.
