Gerente de Back Up Zona 1

About the role

The Back Up Zone 1 Manager is responsible for delivering the best service experience at the station, driving product sales through the network of stations and allied businesses, and ensuring overall profitability and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Implement corporate guidelines, operational policies, and promotional plans while complying with current legislation.
• Lead sales development across all business segments, monitor margins, and set annual sales and margin targets.
• Control inventory, guarantee fuel supply, and enforce the Wetstock policy.
• Oversee daily service quality through Top Service standards and mystery shopper programs.
• Apply HSEQ, HACCP, and safety procedures, ensuring mandatory training and equipment maintenance.
• Manage HR functions: hiring decisions, disciplinary actions, performance reviews, training, and team scheduling.
• Maintain P&L responsibility for the station and execute action plans to optimize financial performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a retail/fuel station or similar multi‑functional operation.
• Strong understanding of commercial sales, inventory control, and profitability management.
• Knowledge of HSEQ, HACCP, and safety regulations.
• Leadership skills to develop and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
