Executive Headhunter (Remote)

About the role

INDI is looking for an experienced Executive Headhunter to join its remote team. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating and placing senior‑level talent for a variety of client organisations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, cultural fit and leadership potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies for executive and senior‑level positions.
• Manage the full offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions.
• Proactively attract top‑tier candidates through networking, referrals, market research and digital platforms.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting US‑based candidates for commercial roles.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple search assignments simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
