Especialista Salesforce – Financial Services Cloud

About the role

The specialist will design, develop, maintain and evolve the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform, focusing on client onboarding for both natural and legal persons. The role ensures operational stability, diagnoses and resolves production and UAT incidents, and leads functional enhancements aligned with regulatory and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Marketing Cloud.
• Maintain system stability, monitor logs, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Develop integrations with core banking or financial systems using REST/SOAP.
• Manage sandbox environments (UAT, partial copy) and oversee deployments.
• Document solutions and transfer knowledge to internal teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Salesforce in production.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce FSC and banking integrations.
• Strong diagnostic skills using Debug Logs and Flow Debug.
• Preferred experience in the Dominican financial sector.

Required skills

• Salesforce Flow (Screen, Auto‑launched, fault paths, variables).
• Apex (triggers, service classes, HTTP callouts, exception handling, Governor Limits).
• REST/SOAP integration with core banking systems.
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud objects (FinServ, IdentificationDocument, Lead/Account/Contact conversion).
• Debug Logs analysis (CALLOUT_REQUEST/RESPONSE, VALIDATION, FLOW_ELEMENT_ERROR).
• Named Credentials, External Services, Custom Metadata Types.
• Duplicate Rules and Duplicate Management for Lead and Account.
• Sandbox management (UAT, partial copy, production).
