About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Recruitment and Selection Specialist to lead talent acquisition efforts in our Santo Domingo office. The role focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Source and attract qualified talent through multiple channels.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and selection activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring timelines.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proven experience in recruitment and selection.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
