About the role

The Investment Specialist will manage the complete operational cycle of assets administered by the T-1 Pension Fund, AFP Crecer and Seguros Crecer. The role ensures accurate confirmation, settlement, registration, custody, valuation, reconciliation and accounting of financial assets while preserving operational integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Execute, control and monitor the full investment lifecycle for the pension and insurance funds.
• Guarantee proper settlement, registration and custody of financial assets.
• Perform valuation, reconciliation and accounting of all investment positions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations of the Superintendencia de Pensiones (SIPEN), Superintendencia de Seguros (SIS) and internal risk‑control policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Financial Engineering or Accounting.
• Master’s or postgraduate studies in financial markets (preferred).
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar investment operations role.
• Knowledge of Law 87‑01, Insurance Law, Securities Market Law and the Financial Monetary Code.
• Advanced English proficiency (preferred).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, including mail‑merge functions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
