Entry level Ingeniero/a de Ventas

About the role

This entry‑level Sales Engineer position is with a market‑leading provider of fluid‑handling solutions and industrial equipment. The role is focused on expanding and nurturing a client portfolio across the Caribbean, Central America and selected South American countries. Recent engineering graduates or candidates with limited commercial experience will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio.
• Identify short‑ and medium‑term business opportunities.
• Provide technical advice on equipment and solutions to clients.
• Conduct commercial visits and travel throughout the region as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to close sales and ensure post‑sale follow‑up.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or a related engineering discipline (graduated).
• Strong technical engineering knowledge.
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally.
• Desirable: prior experience in technical sales or industrial client service.
