Enterprise Sales Director

About the role

Business IT is looking for an Enterprise Sales Director to drive growth in the IT services market. The role combines hands‑on account management with strategic leadership, ensuring both revenue targets and long‑term client relationships are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly sales and profitability targets across a portfolio of approximately 20 enterprise accounts.
• Develop and execute a territory plan that aligns with customers’ buying cycles and internal procurement processes.
• Maintain existing client relationships while prospecting and acquiring new business in both private and public sectors.
• Represent Business IT in the market, strengthening brand positioning and communicating with internal offices and teams.
• Design and implement sustainable growth strategies, coach the commercial team, and monitor financial, commercial and operational objectives.
• Lead marketing initiatives, manage customer experience, and coordinate partnerships with manufacturers and strategic allies such as Microsoft.

Required profile

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; MBA or professional certifications are a plus.
• More than 7 years of experience in consultative sales, account management or business development within technology companies.
• At least 5 years of proven experience leading commercial teams and delivering successful sales strategies.
• Strong knowledge of professional services, managed services and cloud solutions.

• Advanced proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.
• Data analysis capabilities to forecast sales and assess market opportunities.
