About the role

The Trade Marketing Manager for the Off‑Trade channel will plan, execute and monitor trade marketing strategies for El Catador brands across retail points of sale. The role ensures that promotional, commercial and visibility initiatives are correctly implemented to drive product availability and brand exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute Off‑Trade trade marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives.
• Coordinate promotions, activations, POP materials and in‑store displays.
• Guarantee product visibility, availability and proper exhibition according to brand guidelines.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess execution, identify improvement opportunities and ensure planogram compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams for effective strategy rollout.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and channel opportunities.
• Analyze execution indicators, rotation, sales, coverage and action effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Commercial Sales or similar roles.
• Proven experience working with Off‑Trade channels in fast‑moving consumer goods, beverages, food or retail environments.
