The Branch Manager (Encargado de Sucursal) is responsible for leading a retail location, ensuring smooth daily operations, achieving sales targets and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role requires a results‑driven leader who can motivate a team and manage all aspects of store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all general operations of the branch, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, coach and monitor the performance of the store team to maintain high productivity.
• Ensure the achievement of sales goals and commercial objectives set by the company.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock entries, exits and product availability.
• Manage customer service processes to guarantee an excellent shopping experience.
• Analyze sales results, prepare reports and present the branch’s performance to senior management.
