About the role
We are seeking a Civil Engineer to act as Encargado de Obra (Site Manager) for projects in Santiago and Tamboril. The professional will coordinate and supervise the correct execution of construction works, guaranteeing that all activities follow the approved drawings, technical specifications, schedules, quality standards and safety regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily construction activities on site.
- Supervise subcontractors and construction teams to ensure compliance with plans.
- Monitor progress against project schedules and report deviations.
- Verify that all work meets technical specifications and quality standards.
- Enforce safety norms and promote a safe working environment.
- Document site activities and maintain accurate project records.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in managing construction sites.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and scheduling.
- Ability to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
