About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead the upkeep of our structural and electrical assets at CKTRANS MOTORS in Punta Cana. The role involves ensuring the reliability and safety of facilities through proactive planning, coordination and rapid problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise routine and preventive maintenance of all building structures, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct inspections, repairs and upgrades of electrical systems, maintaining optimal performance.
• Develop, schedule and monitor maintenance plans, work orders and spare‑part inventories.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to minimize equipment downtime and production impact.
• Identify root causes of technical issues and implement effective corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in maintaining structures and electrical installations.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities, with a focus on detail.
• Effective problem‑solving skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive, responsible attitude and ability to work independently.
• Residence in Punta Cana or surrounding areas.
