About the role

The Scenic and Decoration Manager will plan, design and execute the visual ambience of hotel spaces and special events, ensuring that all scenography aligns with the brand identity and quality standards. Working closely with events, entertainment and operations teams, the role creates memorable experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build scenography and décor for events, shows, seasonal themes and public areas.
• Oversee installation, maintenance and dismantling of decorative elements.
• Generate creative ideas that match established themes and concepts.
• Manage materials, props, furniture and decorative resources.
• Coordinate and supervise support staff or external vendors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper care of spaces.
• Maintain and safeguard existing scenography and décor assets.
