About the role

We are seeking a BIM and VDC Leader to direct the BIM department, ensuring effective implementation of BIM and VDC methodologies across all organizational projects. The role involves coordinating digital model development, overseeing a multidisciplinary BIM team, and maintaining compliance with technical, regulatory, and quality standards set by the Technical Office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, implementation and continuous improvement of BIM and VDC processes.
• Supervise and coordinate modelers, coordinators and BIM specialists.
• Ensure quality, consistency and up‑to‑date digital models for each project.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary integration (architecture, structure, MEP) and manage clash detection and resolution.
• Enforce internal BIM standards and applicable international regulations, including ISO 19650.
• Manage collaborative platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360.
• Track schedules, deliverables and BIM requirements per project.
• Develop and update corporate BIM protocols, manuals and standards.
• Provide technical support and training to the BIM team and related areas.
• Generate progress reports, metrics and indicators related to BIM management.

Required profile

• Civil Engineer, Architect or related degree.
• Active CODIA registration (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM implementation and coordination.
• At least 2 years leading BIM teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit, Navisworks Manage, ACC/BIM 360 and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of BIM, VDC methodologies and ISO 19650.
• Experience in multidisciplinary construction project coordination.
• Relevant BIM certifications or postgraduate studies are a plus.
