Electronic Assembler I

About the role

We are seeking an Electronic Assembler I to carry out a variety of assembly and soldering operations on electromechanical components and sub‑assemblies, following established procedures and work instructions.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment to install parts, components, or sub‑assemblies as they move along the production line.
• Move, pack, and classify raw materials or finished products.
• Monitor product quality, identifying, discarding, or re‑processing defective items.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for manufacturing performance analysis.
• Use a 20× stereoscopic microscope for detailed inspection and assembly tasks.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with an electronics focus.
• 0–3 years of experience in electronic assembly; basic soldering experience preferred.
• Ability to read and verbally understand engineering drawings, manufacturing documents, and work instructions.
• Strong manual dexterity, familiarity with common hand tools, and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and manipulate items weighing at least 25 lb and to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
