Electricista – Técnico II (Electricidad, Plomería, HVAC)

About the role

We are expanding and looking for a talented, experienced and proactive Electrician (Technical II) to join our team. The role involves maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment across multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing and HVAC, while ensuring safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing and HVAC faults.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals and drawings.
• Install, mount and calibrate new equipment.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage and order supplies needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Collaborate with other technicians, engineers and contractors on projects and upgrades.
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair calls.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of hands‑on experience in electrical, plumbing or HVAC maintenance.
• Ability to work autonomously within established procedures.
• Leadership qualities, often coordinating work of others without direct supervision.
• Strong accountability and problem‑solving mindset.
• Commitment to continuous learning and self‑development.
