About the role

The Sales Executive will generate new business by directly contacting and engaging potential clients in the Punta Cana region. Using a variety of communication channels and personalized strategies, the role focuses on promoting the company’s projects and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through multiple strategies.
• Present and demonstrate company projects persuasively.
• Achieve and manage established sales targets professionally.
• Develop and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Provide proactive post‑sale follow‑up to ensure satisfaction and explore additional sales opportunities.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Manage prospect follow‑ups to close effective sales.

Required profile

• Student of Marketing or holder of a Marketing degree (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar sales role (desired).
• Knowledge of digital document management tools.
• Familiarity with the real‑estate or banking market.
• Willingness to travel between projects as needed.
