About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Executive to join autoSpot’s dealership network in Santo Domingo. The ideal candidate has proven experience selling high‑value products such as vehicles, can handle objections confidently, and is motivated by clear monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage qualified customers forwarded by the marketing and setter teams.
• Deliver compelling vehicle presentations and close sales using a consultative approach.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial greeting to vehicle delivery.
• Follow up active leads, reactivate past opportunities, and ensure post‑sale satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide an excellent customer experience after purchase.
• Achieve measurable monthly sales goals.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of sales experience in automotive, financial products, real estate or similar high‑value sectors.
• Proven ability to work under target pressure and meet results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
• Willingness to receive training, feedback and adopt new strategies.
• High commercial energy, empathy and customer‑orientation.
