About the role

IMCD is looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to support existing customers and drive new business through active prospecting. You will act as the strategic engine behind client demand management and market expansion, delivering technical advice and value‑added solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for current customers, handling inquiries and order processing.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to increase market presence.
• Provide technical guidance and product recommendations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining accurate administrative records.
• Conduct telephone outreach and follow‑up activities to generate leads.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in a related field such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics, Nutrition, or similar.
• Technical knowledge relevant to the product area you will support.
• Intermediate proficiency in English and native Spanish.
• Minimum two years of experience in customer service or telephone‑based sales.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
