About the role

We are looking for a professional who can combine B2B sales, commercial development and digital marketing to grow our client portfolio and strengthen our brand positioning. The role focuses on generating new corporate opportunities, managing the full sales cycle and creating strategic digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect companies daily, targeting HR, administration and management contacts.
• Promote in‑house training programs and other corporate services.
• Manage the commercial process from prospecting to closing and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and commercial opportunities.
• Boost the company’s digital presence and brand image.
• Support commercial and promotional campaigns.
• Keep the prospect database up‑to‑date and track progress.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales and digital performance.

Required profile

• University student or graduate in Marketing, Administration, Business, Communication, Advertising or related fields.
• Experience in sales, prospecting, business development or B2B sales.
• Hands‑on experience with social media platforms and digital content creation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Result‑oriented with a strong focus on meeting targets.
• Creative, proactive and well‑organized.
