Ecommerce Specialist (Amazon, Walmart, Digital Channels)

About the role

A growing company is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to manage its products, sales, ad campaigns and promotions on Amazon, Walmart and other digital sales channels. This is a full-time, on-site position. The ideal candidate knows the Amazon platform thoroughly, needs no training, and will drive sales and growth with forward-thinking, results-driven plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage products, sales, ad campaigns and promotions on Amazon, Walmart and other digital channels
• Keep knowledge, strategies and skills up to date on the ecommerce industry, product categories and selling tactics
• Continuously improve existing products to boost sales
• Optimize SEO, keyword ranking, product listings, ad campaigns and promotions
• Drive healthy traffic to targeted listings, both inside and outside Amazon
• Arrange promotions as directed by the team lead
• Collaborate with and support other teams to improve overall performance
• Build and manage PPC campaigns
• Provide data-driven reports with insights on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Provide customer service when needed

Required profile

• 3+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience required; 5 years preferred
• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon overseas markets, Walmart Seller Center and Shopify
• Data-driven, self-motivated and collaborative, with strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
