ECommerce and Connectivity Manager

About the role

We are looking for an ECommerce and Connectivity Manager to lead the hotel’s online sales strategy. The role focuses on optimizing the performance of OTA, GDS and the brand website to drive digital revenue. The manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity between the property’s booking engine and external distribution channels, maintaining data integrity and supporting promotional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the eCommerce and distribution strategy for the hotel.
• Optimize OTA, GDS and brand website performance to increase bookings.
• Monitor and report on channel performance and revenue impact.
• Identify and implement optimization opportunities across digital channels.
• Analyze key performance indicators, market trends and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Sales and Marketing teams to align digital initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel eCommerce, OTA and GDS management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret KPIs and market data.
• Ability to work independently while residing in the Dominican Republic.
• Understanding of hotel revenue management principles.
