About the role

Quala is looking for a motivated individual to manage the distribution of its consumer brands directly to customers across a defined territory. The role focuses on achieving 100% of the sales and coverage targets for each brand in the assigned zone.

Key responsibilities

Guarantee the distribution of Quala’s brands from client to client.
Ensure 100% compliance with sales objectives for each brand within the territory.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and stock levels.
Coordinate with local retailers and distributors to optimize product availability.

Required profile

High‑school diploma (Bachiller) or equivalent.
Own a motorcycle and hold a valid Category 01 driver’s license.
Previous experience in commercial sales or customer‑service roles.
