About the role

Hyatt Inclusive Collection is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead the culinary experience for the pre‑opening of Zoëtry Marina Cap Cana, a luxury boutique resort of 115 suites in the Dominican Republic. The role will shape the food and beverage concept from day one, ensuring an exceptional, memorable experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall Food & Beverage strategy, covering all restaurants, bars, room service, banquets and specialty experiences.
• Design and implement operational processes, service standards and quality controls during the pre‑opening phase.
• Recruit, train and lead a high‑performance team, fostering a culture of luxury service.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create innovative culinary concepts aligned with the brand’s essence.
• Manage financial performance, budgets, cost control, productivity and profitability of the department.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety and guest satisfaction standards.
• Work with the Executive Committee to guarantee a successful opening and ongoing operational excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Director in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Previous involvement in pre‑opening projects is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple high‑end outlets and large‑scale operations.
• Strong financial administration, cost control and service‑standard expertise.
• Strategic leadership with a results‑driven mindset and passion for guest experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
