Director Ejecutivo de Operaciones y Expansión

About the role

CaribeExpert Realty is seeking a senior Executive Director of Operations and Expansion to lead the growth of its real‑estate business across key Dominican Republic markets. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, the role will progressively take over day‑to‑day commercial and operational management while building new business pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute commercial and expansion strategies for Bayahíbe, La Romana, Punta Cana, Cap Cana and other strategic markets.
• Identify, acquire and manage new real‑estate projects and partnerships with developers, owners and investors.
• Build, coach and motivate a team of real‑estate agents, overseeing leads, CRM pipeline and sales processes.
• Lead negotiations and strategic transactions, representing CaribeExpert Realty with professionalism.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, notary, and development teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Analyse sales performance, propose actions to increase revenue and profitability, and strengthen brand positioning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial leadership, business development or real‑estate sales.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong results orientation.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously, take responsibility and drive initiatives.
• Excellent communication and professional presence.
• Fluent Spanish; English highly valued; German or Italian a plus.
