Director de Alimentos y Bebidas – Pre‑opening

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to lead the pre‑opening phase of Zoetry Marina Cap Cana, a new luxury all‑inclusive boutique resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The role will shape the overall F&B strategy, ensure exceptional guest experiences and drive sustainable financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch restaurants, bars, banquet venues and other consumption points.
• Define service standards, operating procedures and concept designs.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create the culinary offering.
• Recruit, train and develop the F&B team.
• Oversee daily operations and guest experience.
• Manage budgets, costs, inventories, productivity and profitability.
• Analyse financial results, guest feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate weddings, group events, special experiences and private functions.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety and service regulations.
• Work closely with Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing and Operations departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Gastronomy, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of F&B experience, including senior leadership roles in luxury resorts.
• Proven experience in all‑inclusive operations and pre‑opening projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting and revenue management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced English and fluent Spanish.
• Service‑oriented mindset with focus on results and operational excellence.
