Dance Instructor – Group Classes & Floor Support

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Dance Instructor to lead and innovate group fitness classes such as Smart Dance, Aerobics, Tabata, and Functional workouts. The role combines dynamic class delivery with on‑floor support to ensure a motivating experience for all members.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and energize group dance and fitness classes.
• Provide a motivating, safe, and engaging environment for participants.
• Assist with floor operations, including client service, reception duties, and equipment usage.
• Support members in strength and cardio areas, offering guidance on routines and proper equipment handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workout area.

Required profile

• Formal training in dance, physical education, fitness, or related fields.
• Proven experience teaching group dance classes.
• Current certifications in relevant disciplines (e.g., Zumba, Strong Nation).
• High energy level, strong communication, and motivational skills.
• Team‑player attitude with flexibility for varied tasks.
