Customer Success & Sales Specialist

About the role

The Customer Success & Sales Specialist is the primary contact for prospective and existing customers of a portfolio of marina properties. The role manages inbound inquiries, qualifies leads, guides prospects through the sales process and converts them into signed contracts while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound phone, web, email and referral inquiries.
• Qualify leads, identify customer needs and recommend slip, storage and service solutions.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, discuss pricing, promotions and availability, and close contracts.
• Maintain proactive follow‑up to maximize conversion and support occupancy and revenue goals.
• Serve as the main point of contact throughout the customer journey, providing accurate information on marina amenities, policies and onboarding support.
• Maintain accurate records and track opportunities in Pipedrive CRM, ensuring timely follow‑up and pipeline progression.
• Collaborate with marina teams to coordinate inventory, availability and customer requirements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer success or related account management.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills, both phone and email.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to take initiative.
• Ability to understand customer needs, overcome objections and deliver value‑driven solutions.

Required skills

• Pipedrive CRM for pipeline and activity management.
